THE DESIGN

WAVES is built on an underlying foundation to create a space that is timeless, simple and sophisticated. Every design detail and finishing has been curated to embody these themes and embrace a contemporary coastal design resulting in luxury oceanfront residences that you immediately feel at home in.

Floorplans have been thoughtfully designed by the collaborative effort of experts in architecture, development and design, resulting in the unique layouts of the three-storey townhomes. These designs promote ‘ease of living’ with the entrance to the home on the second floor, rather than the traditional ground floor, for direct access into the main living area. Bedrooms are then located downstairs, while above is a private rooftop terrance that boasts 360 degree views of Grand Cayman’s luscious natural and marine environments.

Interiors and finishings showcase a harmonious fusion of contemporary and natural elements including wooden beamed ceilings and shiplap accent walls that add warmth, dimension and additional character and charm.

Careful consideration has also been given to the design of the rooftop terrace, which have large, shaded areas with that special flooring that does not get over heated, even on Grand Cayman’s sunniest days.
